However, reliability and functionality are majorly affected by the removal or non-working pay bill feature, frequent crashes, and input/submission issues in forms. iPad compatibility is also limited. To meet user needs, the app needs stability improvements, restoration of payment capability, and better tablet support.

Pay bill functionality has disappeared or is not accessible, making it impossible to pay utility bills via the app.

Form input problems: cannot type in description, white-on-white text, and the Request field may not be recognized on newer iOS versions, hindering issue submission.

Recent reviews

The app makes easier to communicate with the diferente departments. My history is stopped to work, sometimes I would go back to see if the matters was addressed. Please fix it!! Would be great if would add more options “others” is the selection that takes longer to get a feedback. Also, it seams like it needs an update.

Just wanted to pay my bill and there's no clear cut way to do that on a mobile app, so what's the point in even having the app if the most important feature isn't readily accessible??

Since updating my iPhone to iOS 16, the app does not recognize that a selection has been made in the “Request” field. There is no way to submit an issue.
