Dana Point Connect

As the title suggests, this is a review for the trolley tracker only. I haven’t tried to use the other options. It tells you how many minutes the trolley is supposedly away. But you can see the little moving trolley, and there’s no way it’s that close. My family of 9 has been standing at the trolley stop for over an hour bcs the youngest is super excited abt riding a trolley. We let 1 trolley go bcs the driver said that the next trolley would be an open air trolley. Then we watched the counter go down from 14 minutes to 0, and NO trolley actually showed up. The next trolley that came by (which also took longer than the counter claimed it would) was not an open air one. If an open air trolley broke down between the 2 closed trolleys, then there shouldn’t have been a counter suggesting there was another trolley going. And either way, the countdown was COMPLETELY wrong. It took WAY longer for the trolleys to actually show up. The whole experience was HIGHLY AGGRAVATING, more aggravating than necessary bcs of the inaccuracy of the app. And extremely disappointing for the little one. The trolley tracker doesn’t work. (Also, just as a suggestion, it would be helpful to be able to tell which trolleys (if it worked) were open air and which are climate controlled.)

For a free app it works as it’s supposed to.
