Recent reviews

We had flights to Mexico booked. We confirmed and reconfirmed the flights. Delta cancelled the payment less than 24 hours before the flight then charged $200 to reinstate the reservations. They have refused to communicate with my assistant, demanding that I spend hours on the phone to not receive an answer as to why they cancelled the payment. Never again. In a CEO and have mixed Delta to the “only if there is no other airline flying to destination” level in our travel department.
