Recent reviews

We traveled as a group of 20. From our group 17 of 20 people had an agonizing time associating their reservation number with a required first name plus middle name to be included only in the first name field. Using an app should not be this hard.

I am a diamond member for many years and my app is based on US location. Due my extensive travels it’s been very helpful to have the app supporting my original settings. Unfortunately recently I could locally in Japan, reserve pay in JPY etc with great ease. Now everything is blocked if I do not change my settings to JP location.
