Please make sure your app developers understand that the phone app shouldn’t be just a web browser for your own website. There are so many repetitive steps can be saved, especially when user have already logged in. And make sure you have a proper saving feature during booking. So the user don’t loose all progresses when accidentally click go back .

Japan airlines have been number one with their ability to travel in comfort and ease. Every class feels like first class. Web site is a bit more complicated than that of other airlines but once you’ve in. It’s very informative and organized to navigate within the terminals.
