I’ve used Jump Desktop for years and generally like it, but the public iOS app hasn’t been updated since 2023, and I’m now running into VNC compatibility issues with macOS 27.

Apple made security updates around screen sharing and broke this app. However, I have found signs of the developer working to resolve this issue. They aren't ignoring the fact that the app is currently broken. Signs point to an update coming very soon. Yes, the app has been stagnant for updates for 2 years. Not a great look, but this app is buy once. You get what paid for. And up until Apple made breaking changes, it worked. That's good value without an in-app subscription. I'm grateful for the developer working to resolve the issue. Hopefully it lands soon!
