User Reviews

Users note progress and better access to information, including current standing and historical data. However, the app is frequently criticized for a clunky UI, stale data or placeholders, frequent login issues, missing key features like in-app withdrawals and e-sign, and inconsistent behavior across devices. Overall, improvements are acknowledged, but reliability and feature gaps remain the main pain points.
Pros
  • Improved in recent years with easier access to information.
  • Provides current standing information plus access to past quarters/historical data.
  • Many users find the app efficient for core tasks.
Cons
  • UI/UX is clunky and not intuitive; hard to navigate and requires too many taps.
  • Data not updating or displaying as expected (same value for days, lorem ipsum placeholders).
  • Frequent login issues, including Face ID problems and occasional cross-device login failures.
  • Missing essential features (in-app withdrawals, e-sign, document uploads) and limited research tools (no fund tickers, printing not available).
  • Inconsistent performance across devices (iPad vs iPhone) and overall reliability concerns.
Recent reviews
This frequently shows the same portfolio value for days in a row. It obviously is not updating but there is no alert to let you know. It says based on previous days closing (very vague) even when it’s days behind. It should give a date of the last market closing so you can tell if it’s up to date or behind.

The ios app for iphone does not provide any account performance data or it is not easy to find. I spent much time trying to find this info with no success. Recommend you look at Fidelity ios app to see how accessible and eay it is to locate such info.

In terms of available information and functionality it feels a bit like a high school app development project. You can find what you want and extract the information you need, but it takes a lot of work.
