Been with Tangerine since ING Direct, after going through their customer i cannot recommend this bank anymore. You get what you pay for. If ever you need customer support, you have to wait 30/+ min only to be transferred to another line and wait another 30/+ min to talk to someone who barely speaks English. Very hard to understand Mexican, Indian, Chinese accent.
