Recent reviews

Ever since BMO purchased Bank of the West this app has been repeatedly glitching. I have had to delete the app & reload it several times to make it work properly. Compared to the Wells Fargo digital app and the former Bank of the West app this app is not the greatest.

I keep getting locked out of my mobile banking account. The app asks me to verify my identify with a code sent by text message, then they do not send the code. I do not receive a text and have to call to get into my account. When I called to unlock the account, the text message code still would not come through. Then they verify my identity by asking ridiculous questions like, “what’s the check number from the last check you wrote” and “what’s the exact dollar amount of your recurring direct deposits?” Mobile banking should not be this difficult.
