التطبيق يحظى بتقييم إيجابي من حيث سهولة الاستخدام ووفرة التفاصيل، ويُعدّ من بين أفضل تطبيقات المصرفية بحسب بعض المستخدمين. لكن الغالبية تشكو من مشاكل تقنية متكررة: كراشات وبطء وأخطاء بعد التحديثات، وخدمة عملاء غير مستجيبة وعمولات مرتفعة. كما توجد مسائل توافق مع أجهزة أقدم مثل iPhone 6/iOS 12.5.7. بشكل عام هو جيد عندما يعمل، لكن المشاكل التقنية والدعم تؤثر سلباً على التجربة.

Another disastrous Iraqi bank! This bank is absolutely useless and lacks every basic banking feature. It cannot deal in dollars, and it cannot process transactions in Europe or the U.S. Why? We know it is because of their bad behavior and poor reputation. That bank does not have any ATMs on the streets or in public places; it only has one ATM in front of its branch. Furthermore, while the bank operates in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, they do not have a single employee who speaks Kurdish or English fluently. Everyone just speaks Arabic.
