1. Too many redundant security checks and repeated re-logins when switching menu. 2. The app shows up to 5 recuse per year. But their system says only up to 3. They would not honor what the app shows. The customer service manner was bad. They refused to honor the fourth rescue of mine as well as the 1st rescue of the additional member. They said the 3 rescues coverage applies to both members combined. You don’t get what you pay for. Not worth joining the club.

This companies billing practices are ridiculous. They will try to run card once and if it does not clear, because it is turned off in my case, the roadside coverage ends immediately. Then you must wait 3 days for coverage to begin after the payment clears. Totally unreasonable to not offer a grace period or even try it later in the day.
