Scameter+

Scameter+ is a cyber security tool by the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) designed to help the public identify frauds and online pitfalls and to raise crime prevention awareness.

Key features include a Scameter Search Engine for rapid risk checks, Call Alert and Website Detection for real-time, privacy-preserving alerts, Public Intelligence for community-sourced scam data, and Scam Prevention Information to stay informed. All processing happens on-device, protecting user privacy with no data transferred off the device.
