I love the app as I needed something to slow down my meals. I like how you can set the length of time between bites.

The hardest part is starting and sticking to using it. Chewing each bite 20+ times and counting feels silly at first, but eventually it becomes more subconscious. This app helps train you to slow down so you can enjoy your food more. I used it to also help control some of my binge eating brought on by food restriction.
