La aplicación es útil para consultar el recibo pero todavía necesita mejorar bastante las opciones de pago. Sería muy importante agregar la opción de pago automático, para que el recibo se pueda cargar automáticamente cada periodo sin tener que entrar a la aplicación y hacer el pago manualmente. También deberían ofrecer más métodos de pago, como PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay y otras alternativas digitales. Esto haría que el proceso fuera mucho más rápido, cómodo y flexible. Telnor debería modernizar esta parte de la aplicación y ofrecer opciones de pago similares a las que ya utilizan otros servicios.

For all you guys that can’t log in, you have to use the phone number telnor gave you to pay the bill, and your password must be reseted by writing that phone number, afterwards an e-mail will be in your inbox so you can reset it and then you can log in, but looks like many people don’t know how to read
