Users repeatedly report major login and verification problems, payment flow issues, outdated provider/network data, and instability after updates. In-app billing often redirects to web pages, provider search yields few valid results, and rewards/wallet features can fail. While a minority find it easy to navigate or usable for new insurance plans, the overall experience is predominantly negative due to reliability and data accuracy concerns.

I’m sick and tired of having to gbe through 3 goddamn pages on the app and 5 pages on web browser just to pay my monthly premium. This is nonsense and completely annoying!!
