I have used this app multiple times and every time i had i have left the app feeling confused and like i’m making negative progress which isn’t what my clothing size says. This time right before i did my scan i measured myself to see if it was accurate and what i see is that my measurements were 3-5 inches smaller than the app says. Obviously my measurements could be incorrect so i measured multiple times to make sure they were correct. i love the concept of the app but it just isn’t accurate at all. I go through the reviews and see everyone else loving the app so maybe i am doing something wrong but from what i can tell i am following the instructions given.

Even though I do think the app is great some of my measurements are off by more than 1” which I do think will make the biggest difference when it comes to lean mass/ body fat percentage. The app overall is very impressive and helpful.
