Take the results with a massive grain of salt. I did a scan and it said I had a body fat percentage of 30%. Later that day I had a bod pod, which is an air displacement method of measuring body fat percentage with a error margin of 1%, and it turned out my body fat percentage was 15%. Widely inaccurate if you are even remotely fit.
