Recent reviews

I find this app really useful so far. I don't have the best relationship with food, but the fact that this app focuses on whole foods and nutrition instead of calories has been great for making me more mindful of what I'm eating without triggering the mindset of obsessively checking how many calories are in everything. Some of the swaps they recommend are not great in my opinion (hence the 4 stars) however the recommended additions have been quite helpful for adding extra nutrients.
