An amazing program for a better quality of life while going through a cancer diagnosis. Jen is knowledgeable and creates a workout that is personalized, effective and fun for each client and along with Damien creates a nutrition program that works for the each individual and their needs. The recipes are healthy, yummy and easy to create. I highly recommend this program.
