Wonderful app that gets you strong and feeling good gain. It gave me an exercise program for me based on my treatment and changed when I felt better and was off treatment. Really cool!! Not like other fitness and exercise programs for cancer survivors! Grateful to find it.

This app is simple to use and provides valuable information. It is pleasant to the eye and easy to read. Most of the information is in bullet points, so one does not have to spend a long time to get to the key points.
