Yoga for Cancer Care

Yoga for Cancer Care is a research-based mobile app designed to support people affected by cancer with safe, guided mind-body practices.

The app provides:

• Guided yoga, breathing, meditation, and relaxation sessions
• Symptom-focused education for stress, sleep, fatigue, pain, GI symptoms, and shortness of breath
• Instructor profiles and background information
• Practice videos, reminders, and progress tracking
• A simple, secure participant login experience

Our goal is to make supportive yoga practices more accessible as part of comprehensive cancer care.
