The ConnectCare3 app is a mobile-optimized companion to the ConnectCare3 platform powered by CoreHealth by Carebook Corporate Wellness Platform. Registered users can track wellness activities, engage with a variety of wellbeing content, and track their personal wellness progress.

This app is for use by REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY. Please contact your employer’s Human Resources department to receive access information.
