This was a pretty decent app until they “improved” it. It doesn’t remember my goals, my personal info, my weigh ins, my diet, my water intake - I put it all in the app, hit “save” (or “submit”) and NOTHING happens. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it has no idea who I am and it won’t even let me reset a password. FIX IT.

The App is a one stop shop for tracking food consumption, exercise time, water intake & sleep time. Those functions usually work OK. I like to plan my full day’s meals & have had numerous issues trying to delete items I did not eat. I also found some items’ nutritional info not accurate. The recipe builder function is not user friendly and doesn’t save directions. When I called corporate for support, the automated system did not have an App support selection so I pressed “0” for the operator (as instructed) and a recording relayed that this was an invalid selection. I tried the marketing dept and just got a fast beep. When I called my local clinic, I was referred back to corporate. They suggested I email instead of calling - unacceptable!
