2025-09-10	Lo*****	This app doesn’t deserve any stars. CONSTANT issues when logging in and being locked out. Called DTRIC talked to Ryan Lum. He wasn’t listening to me when I was explaining to him about my constant issues with the app. He asked what kind of phone I had and I said iPhone. He said that it’s funny because iPhones shouldn’t be having that issue. Once he finally listened to me and realized I was completely “LOCKED OUT”. He sent me an email with a temporary password. Which didn’t work by the way. It kept saying “invalid user name and password”. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP and TRAIN your AGENTS on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
