I love the simplicity of this app. I just needed an app to tell when to walk and when to run and it does exactly that. I completed all 9 weeks and want to keep going! So grateful for this app.

I love this app. It is easy to use, voice queues for each change from warm-up, walk, run and cool down segments. There is a short explanation of that day’s workout plus a graph that shows the different segments and the time for each. You can play your own music, listen to a podcast etc. while using the app. Highly recommend.

This app is simple to use and is easy for a true beginner. It’s a simple, encouraging format that isn’t intimidating. Plus, there are some great choices for the coach voices (Owen the Canadian is my personal favorite).
