Product didn’t work. Half the nights I track don’t show up. I requested a refund one day after the trial expired, they refused the refund. Hope my money is worth the poor publicity.

Restful is an informative app that explains CBT-i in easy to understand language. I am also meeting with a sleep specialist and the concepts we are going over in our meetings matches perfectly with Restful. I highly recommend using the app to work on getting better sleep. It’s easy to use and like I said, it has a lot of great information about insomnia.

This app has good information content. However, it wasn't useful for resolving my insomnia issues. One of the most useful tools utilized by CTB-I is sleep deprivation. This app prescribed an 8 hour sleep window for me. How can 8 hours provide sleep deprivation if I can't remember the last time I realized 8 hours of sleep.
