User Reviews

Most reviews praise in-store service and cleanliness, with several expressing positive sentiment about the brand. However, the app shows recurring problems: rewards/points not being credited, broken payment setup (no way to save cards; Apple Pay not supported), login accessibility issues (Face ID), VoiceOver accessibility gaps, and delivery/fulfillment miscommunications. These recurring problems indicate core reliability gaps in the app’s rewards, payments, and accessibility features despite strong physical-store experiences.

Pros

Consistently good in-store service and friendly staff
Clean stores and generally positive in-person experience
Some reviewers express overall positive satisfaction when not dealing with app issues

Cons

Rewards/points system unreliable: points not earned or credited
Payment methods setup is broken: no way to add/save credit card; Apple Pay support missing
App login issues: Face ID not working on iPhone
Accessibility problems: VoiceOver support on iPhone not fully usable
Delivery/order fulfillment problems and miscommunication with third-party services (order status and fulfillment inconsistencies)
