User Reviews

Customers consistently praise the food quality and reasonable prices, and some find the deals appealing. The app itself receives heavy criticism for glitches, lag, and cart problems. Repeated complaints center on the lack of Apple Pay, failing saved-card payments, and sign-up or verification failures. Many users also report that rewards and coupons do not work, and that store availability and closing times are inaccurate. Several reviewers say they have stopped ordering through the app because of these persistent issues.

Pros

Food quality is praised as fresh and good
Prices and deals are considered reasonable or great
Staff and restaurant are described as friendly and clean

Cons

No Apple Pay option, despite it being requested repeatedly
Saved cards often fail or require re-entering card details and CVV
Sign-up and login problems, including verification failures and errors
App is laggy, glitchy, and sometimes erases cart contents
Rewards, coupons, and offers often do not apply or are marked ineligible
Store location and hours information is often wrong or misleading

Drives me crazy that I can’t see my whole order when I’m paying. You can’t easily go back either.

Hi, omg would love to use your app, but you put a verification process that doesn’t work. Based on this, the app is unusable. Would totally love to try it, maybe it is good? Who knows!
