Users praise Tacodeli for its food quality, friendly staff, and overall dining experience. However, the iOS app suffers from recurring issues: slow performance, cart/checkout glitches, unreliable payments and lack of Apple Pay/autofill, loyalty rewards problems, and location/drive-thru order flow limitations. Tipping prompts for takeout also appear to be a point of contention. Addressing payment reliability, rewards management, and cart stability, while preserving the menu quality and ordering ease, would markedly improve the app experience.

Needs Apple Pay

The app drops cc ccv codes. Lately rewards based on spend are for products I’ve never bought nor intend to. I have a history of cash back towards current purchase and that has gone away. I understand why the company is trying to masquerade retail priced rewards as the same value as cash back. This is the last time I’ll use this app and since I’ll be ordering onsite from now on, I’ll take the opportunity to try Papi’s Tacos and more, which is next door (Dallas location).
