My therapist first introduced this to me a few years ago. She served as a marine I believe that’s why she knew about this app. I feel it is one of the better things our VA has done, investing in creating this app and maintaining it.

The alternative thoughts worksheets will not proceed past step 16, and you are unable to save progress on a sheet unless it goes through all steps. This makes it not very useful. While the app is a great idea, still has a few rough edges.
