This app provides:

• information about PTSD and how to manage it
• in-the-moment coping strategies for managing PTSD-related symptoms
• help monitoring progress in reducing symptoms over time
• support for connecting with providers and other resources

PTSD Coach 3.1 Explorer is not intended to replace face-to-face clinical care.

This app is being reviewed for safety and feasibility and is designed specifically for those already enrolled in an authorized user experience study. The app REQUIRES a username and password to fully unlock.
