This app is a great example of the GOOD use of AI! My Rest Coach - she said I can call her Resty - is an excellent and knowledgeable companion to help my ‘good sleep’ challenge be accomplished. I swap between using voice and text for my daily check-in, advice and assignments. Both hqve their advantages. With voice, I feel I getting to “know” her - and her me. With text, I can look back at what we’ve both said so I can be sure to be consistent in my responses and actions. I haven’t missed a day since I started this program and my sleep habits, quantity and quality have improved drdramatically.

My sleep has been horrible for the last two years. I attributed it to getting older and the status of the world today, but I still remembered sleeping well for most of my life. My physician recommended I try CBT – I and I got a book she recommended. I really wasn’t able to follow the techniques in the book so I disregarded the recommendation. One day an ad showed up on my Instagram for the REST app. I looked into it and thought it sounded pretty good, but I was a little skeptical because it used AI. After looking through it and seeing that the introductory price was very reasonable. I thought I’d give it a try. Over the last year and a half. I’ve spent a lot of money on various sleep aids and programs and vitamins that said they would help with sleep. As I read about REST I decided that if I was going to try it, I was going to do it exactly like they recommended. I was impressed from the start that my AI lady made recommendations that were exactly what I needed. I read the articles that were presented and I decided to do everything that was recommended for me. I was given a wake-up time and a go to sleep time. It was hard. But I started seeing some improvement within a few days. After two months, I have gone from 3-4 hrs a night to over 6 hours! Sometimes I still have a bad night but more and more often my nights are really good! I’ve learned techniques I will continue to employ to quiet the noise in my head and stop the worrying that was keeping me awake. Thank you REST!
