My sleep has been horrible for the last two years. I attributed it to getting older and the status of the world today, but I still remembered sleeping well for most of my life. My physician recommended I try CBT – I and I got a book she recommended. I really wasn’t able to follow the techniques in the book so I disregarded the recommendation. One day an ad showed up on my Instagram for the REST app. I looked into it and thought it sounded pretty good, but I was a little skeptical because it used AI. After looking through it and seeing that the introductory price was very reasonable. I thought I’d give it a try. Over the last year and a half. I’ve spent a lot of money on various sleep aids and programs and vitamins that said they would help with sleep. As I read about REST I decided that if I was going to try it, I was going to do it exactly like they recommended. I was impressed from the start that my AI lady made recommendations that were exactly what I needed. I read the articles that were presented and I decided to do everything that was recommended for me. I was given a wake-up time and a go to sleep time. It was hard. But I started seeing some improvement within a few days. After two months, I have gone from 3-4 hrs a night to over 6 hours! Sometimes I still have a bad night but more and more often my nights are really good! I’ve learned techniques I will continue to employ to quiet the noise in my head and stop the worrying that was keeping me awake.

Rest has helped me achieve sound sleep after a lifetime of sleeping poorly. It has changed my life. It feels amazing to fall asleep quickly and then wake up and realize you slept all night. No tossing or turning. No waking up at night.
The difference in how I feel during the day, now that I'm able to sleep throughout the night is significant. I'm clear headed and energetic. I'm
not tired at the end of the work day.
While it feels amazing to get one night of good sleep, sleeping well consistently every night is something I've never experienced before following the Rest program. I feel so different. Lighter. More capable. Life feels easier.
I've gained a solid two hours a day to my life. I used to go to bed early and stay in bed longer because I was so tired. Currently I'm in bed for 7.25 hours a night-I'm still working the program to find a final sleep time.
Can you imagine having two extra hours a day to do what ever you want? That coupled with how much better I feel. You can see why I say it's been truly life changing.
This program is like nothing else I have tried before to improve my sleep. I could not have accomplished the change in my sleep habits without the daily support of the Rest app.
The Rest program is not an instant solution to good sleep. But you'll start seeing results fairly quickly and it is the most effective solution to improving your sleep with what seems like permanent results.
Sleeping well trumps all other healthy habits in achieving health, vitality and longevity. By improving my sleep, I'm laying the foundation for all of my other healthy habits to be effective. It's also easier to eat well and exercise when I'm well rested.

I’m surprised and delighted by how much this program is helping me sleep better. The app is quite buggy, about a third of the time requires restart to load. Sometimes the voice AI is not audible. The wind down checklist must be done in one go, it doesn’t save if you do part of it then return.
