The app worked amazing until they updated it. Now it will not load or let me reset a password or anything

This app has promise but is fundamentally broken. The most important feature navigation simply says “coming soon. Navigation is not available. POI search returns “unable to load results” I don’t know how this app got pass the apple review process. This app had promise but it’s not usable in its current state.
