I’ve really bad posture especially when I am sitting down as my back hunches over. It always hurts to try and self correct so I’m finding these gentle exercises really beneficial to do. They don’t hurt and I already feel after two weeks that I’m straightening out. The app is easy to navigate and Mike gets back to you quickly with any questions.
