It does play music and will pause and play via the remote. If someone calls me I can answer and have a conversation. That is about the extent of the functionality that works. Pretty much every other feature that would make this a useful hands free device instead of a dangerous distraction either doesn’t work or doesn’t work two times in a row. I rode with a Sena for 8 years prior. It’s like schuberth took a decent product, broke it and charged you for the favor.

The last SC2 App and 2.4 firmware update introduced new problems that I did not previously experience. Please fix these and release another update! 1. The iOS SC2 app regularly quits running in the background, needing a stop to relaunch it. 2. Siri randomly and constantly launches with many simple praises, none of which remotely contain the words Hey Siri or even Siri. 3. The Music volume repeatedly turns itself down when music is not in operation. Then, when you restart music, you have no, or minimal, volume. 4. For the SC2 headset, the headset randomly powers off with no notification that it has done so. This leaves you with no mesh communication, but you don’t know you have been disconnected because the headset did not announce its usual ‘Goodbye’.
