The Sena Cycling iOS app is frequently criticized for reliability and usability issues. While the helmet intercom hardware can work well and the app can connect multiple helmets for group rides (up to four in some cases), widespread problems persist: unreliable Bluetooth connectivity, inability to use intercom and music at the same time, dependence on a computer for firmware updates, poor UI and lack of clear instructions, and limited device compatibility. A few users report improvements after updates, but overall support and consistency are lacking.

Device pairs with my iPhone. But, despite many attempts and interventions, it refuses to pair with the app. There is no Support number to call. As far as I can tell the app is useless. I hope that the devices are useful in spite of the inability to connect with the app. Bikom 20
