Can you please add a visual indicator for inhale/exhale breath cues? Sometimes I want to do a session but am unable to listen to the inhale/exhale audio cues. I'm sure a visual indicator would also be helpful for folks who may be hard of hearing!

Very simple basic app, got it because it works with apple watch but the price point is really too high.

I have been on the hunt for a biofeedback breathwork app that actually used my Apple Watch instead of having to purchase another HR monitor. I gave this app a shot and I quickly noticed an improvement in my HRV. Most notably, I was feeling more energetic. This was huge to me. I have been struggling with dyautonomia and one of the main ways it was showing up is shortness of breath. The app allows you to titrate to your own breath pattern, that way I don’t feel rushed or like I’m holding my breath too long. Doing a few of these exercises helped with the shortness of breath already, so I really recommend. This is also coming from someone that uses a lot of different meditation apps and has been practicing breath work for several years.
