There are some things they could improve upon to make it better for the pros. The long grass fee is one big one. Soo many people do not tell the truth when it was cut last. If its long its long we still need to cut it we should get paid the extra fee regardless of when the customer says it was cut last. If its long its long some of theese yards in 3 weeks can be 9-13 inches lomg it depends on the weatger and the type of grass.
