User feedback centers on a solid concept for team/athlete workout distribution and weight logging, but is overwhelmed by reliability problems. The most repeated issues are login/logout and account problems after updates, widespread bugs and slowness, and data-entry troubles where weights aren’t saved or are mis-recorded. Additional gripes include broken search/API calls and misleading connectivity messages. A few users note wearables or the UI as room for improvement. Recent reviews

I use the app through D1 and all my coaches had been told it was impossible to have two profiles for clients like me who have personal training but also come to group classes. I was contacted immediately after I left this review with videos and instructions on how to have two profiles and how I, the client, could see both profiles. I shared it with my coach and she said it was not easy to do, but she figured it out and now I can see both. Colin Snyder was very helpful and offered to speak to my coaches to help them, if needed. Customer service for TeamBuildr is very responsive! Update to 5 stars. I’m happy to be able to see and log in both workouts now, coach built and general classes, too. Thank you!

In the last month I have had to remove the app and re-add it to get my training regime. Today I have done it twice and I still am not able to access my programs this is ridiculous. Unless something changes I believe I may have to get a new program tracker.
