Every day, athletes receive individualized workouts crafted by their coaches, complete with precise percentage-based weights and instructional videos to ensure effective training. The app also enables athletes to record form videos for trainer feedback, message their coaches and teammates, and track performance metrics like 1RM and personal records with visual progress graphs.

For coaches, TeamBuildr Training offers powerful tools to preview and review athlete workouts, monitor key stats such as tonnage and session duration, and track progress over time. It facilitates direct communication through in-app chat and push notifications, supports dynamic leaderboards, and provides a feed for sharing posts, videos, and images with athlete groups. Accessible via a TeamBuildr account or Easy Join Code, the app centralizes training management to keep coaches focused on coaching and athletes committed to their fitness goals.
