The workouts are great and all for a beginner such as myself but i cant do the workouts if the app keeps kicking me out to a browser and not showing me the workout. I have to go search the workout up in order to do it. A waste of my time/money honestly, i paid for the ease of the app, and its been difficult. Theres a message on there that says if there are video issues, to pause it and then play it, but its just a black screen on my end!

great workouts but the app is inconsistent in quality. some videos for instruction are not working.

I’ve been using this app since April 2025 at 209lbs and am now 173lbs as of March 15, 2026 so I can’t say enough about how much I love the workout programs that are offered and how well the app works! Thankful I found Darihana on Instagram!
