I just finished the 28 day challenge and lost 15 pounds!! I started this during a really hard time in my life and honestly didn’t know if I’d stick with it but I did. There were days I wanted to quit, but this program gave me the structure I needed to keep showing up. I’ve noticed real changes, not just the weight but less swelling and just feeling better in my body again. The Facebook group made a huge difference for support, and Darihana’s team is incredible, super responsive and always helpful. More than anything, this helped me start taking care of myself again when I really needed it. If you’re thinking about joining one of her programs, just do it!!! Thank you so much to Darihana and her team for the support, encouragement and quick responses throughout this. I truly appreciate it.

The workouts are great and all for a beginner such as myself but i cant do the workouts if the app keeps kicking me out to a browser and not showing me the workout. I have to go search the workout up in order to do it. A waste of my time/money honestly, i paid for the ease of the app, and its been difficult. Theres a message on there that says if there are video issues, to pause it and then play it, but its just a black screen on my end!
