User Reviews

Good Fitness provides clear, video-guided workouts with an easy-to-use structure and real results. However, the most frequent complaints focus on shifting from lifetime access to a paid subscription, billing disputes, and poor communication about changes. Additional drawbacks include limited workout flexibility due to gated progression and occasional gaps between video guidance and exercise targets. Support experiences are mixed, impacting overall trust.
Pros
  • Clear, easy-to-use interface with straightforward guidance.
  • High-quality video demos and precise guidance on sets, reps, and tempo.
  • Structured, progression-focused programs that push you and help you stay on track.
  • Notable results and improvements (strength, glute development, consistency).
  • Responsive customer support and improvements based on user feedback.
Cons
  • Lifetime access reportedly changed to a monthly subscription, seen as bait-and-switch.
  • Billing issues after policy changes, including charges after cancellation or lifetime purchases.
  • Poor or unclear communication about changes and lack of grandfathering/notifications.
  • Gating progression: users are forced to complete every workout and lack a skip option.
  • Occasional mismatch between exercise descriptions and video targets, with unclear targets.

I swear I’m not a Karen by any means, but I’m extremely disappointed by this company and its business practices. The fact that I even feel the need to preface my review with that says a lot about the current state of how companies operate. I purchased this program back in 2021 and genuinely loved it! Back then it was marketed and sold as a one-time purchase with “lifetime access.” Today, I reached out to ask why I needed a monthly sub to access a program I had already paid for? I completely understand that apps cost money to maintain! What I don’t understand is how a company can advertise “lifetime access” and then later revoke that access unless customers start paying a recurring fee. Seems highly illegal, or at the very least shady! In their email response, they stated that “early purchasers were also granted an additional full year of complimentary access following the transition as a gesture of appreciation.” Brother, what do you mean you gave me “complimentary access” to a product I already BOUGHT? Am I a joke to you? 😂 The mental gymnastics these companies go through to justify milking us every month is crazy! I know $50 may not seem like much to you, but it’s the principle, especially in this struggling economy! If “lifetime access” doesn’t actually mean lifetime access, you should give your early customers a refund or grandfather them in somehow! Learn from my mistake fellas: do not purchase digital copies from these companies! Purchase books, DVD’s, or download PDF’s instead. At least they can’t steal those back when they decide they want more money from you. 😂
