NYC Child Support - ACCESS HRA

The NYC ACCESS HRA Child Support Mobile app lets New York City residents enroll in Child Support Services by using an existing ACCESS HRA account or creating one. Users can submit enrollment forms from their phone, answer questions about themselves, the Other Party, and their children, and download or view an enrollment summary after submission. The app shows required documents, enables photo uploads from your camera roll, and facilitates follow-up contact from the NYC Office of Child Support Services to confirm submissions.

For custodial parents, the app streamlines enrollment and post-submission steps, including updating contact information and receiving appointment reminders. For noncustodial parents, the app provides no‑fee payments (where available), access to enforcement and debt-reduction forms, and the ability to update contact details and track next steps. It also supports multiple languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Traditional Chinese, and French, and includes appointments and notices within the app.
