The app very bad it only let me put my case number not others once’s I need help with utilities bills on going and gas bills ongoing nation grid gas and conedson light bills they keep receiving but nothing they do nothing I have disability and they ask for this stuff I send the same as documentation saying I have disability and yes I do have disability

It’s asking for some serial numbers that I have no idea what they are? I can’t do anything with this app. I’m a senior on Disability. They cancelled my Ebt. I got nothing for December and for the next two years they’re trying to give me $47 A month I cannot buy any food for $11.75 a week
