I love that they are putting the connectivity into their product, but there is no documentation or support whatsoever in case you're having some kind of a problem nor is there even a phone number to call. I've been trying to get Siri shortcuts to work with this for over three years, I have no errors anymore, but it still doesn't function.

The app constantly cycles and takes 2-5 minutes to find the fireplace, if it connects to it at all. The app loses contact with the fireplace if you are not actively in the app. It is clear that Regency phoned in this app to the lowest possible bidder with zero quality control and no beta testing.

App works pretty well but it can’t do 7 day scheduling like a traditional thermostat can do. This is a serious issue considering it is designed to operate a fireplace heating appliances. Some users don’t want the fireplace running all day every day. I had to disconnect the Proflame and wire a traditional WiFi thermostat to the fireplace. I hope they fix this soon!
