Waste of my money as most things don’t work, suppose to work with Alexa & won’t connect

Does not work in any way no matter how many times app and phone is updated over four years. Crashes and closes app after entering wifi password. My house is full smart tech and everything is usually very easy to setup and use but this has been useless.
