The app is free to download and includes the above features for free. The app also offers auto-renewing subscriptions for our kGoal+ premium features and content, including Background Workouts (do workouts with the kGoal app in the background on your phone) as well as enhanced Workout Analysis. When subscribing to our kGoal+ plans, payment will be charged by Apple to your Apple ID account following any trial period.
