Direct Express Mobile is the official app for Direct Express Debit MasterCard holders whose card numbers begin with 533248. After installing, you must re-register with your card details before first login. If your card begins with 511563, this app is not for you; please search for the yellow Direct Express logo app instead.

The app enables automatic monthly federal benefit deposits to your Direct Express card. You can use the card to make purchases wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted, withdraw cash at ATMs, and get cash back on purchases. It also supports online payments and allows you to buy money orders at the U.S. Post Office.
