It wont even let me access the app. It keeps telling me that i have to login on greendot.com but that doesnt even work either because i cant even check my balance and im scared that i might over spend because if i do over its not gonna be on them its gonna be on me. The worst bank app ive ever used in my entire life!

For almost a year my account has been closed, each month seven dollars being taken. Tried calling support, they hung up when I tried to explain. 500 dollars wasted, I told them my social security number, they immediately hung up once I did. At least give me my money back. I tried calling them over and over but it hung up.
