Pros

When functioning, ParkATL Pay+ can process payments and let you exit using Park Now with a license plate or tag (gate can open).
The Park Now / license plate integration can automatically capture entry time/date for tickets.
The app concept aims to streamline parking and reduce friction compared to traditional kiosks when it works smoothly.

Cons

Frequent payment failures across methods; users report payment being rejected or not processing via the app.
Reservation feature often doesn’t work; users can’t reserve parking through the app.
License plate import is not automatic and can require manual entry or produce errors.
Poor UX/UI and account/password issues (hard-to-create accounts, strict or unclear password requirements).
Heavy reliance on kiosks or external payment options ( PeachPass, cashier); many users can’t complete payment through the app and must use alternatives.
